Facebook and Twitter can be a librarian’s best friend! Gina will discuss how to use these applications for professional gain. She will examine the benefits (and cons) to having a social networking presence for your school library and also how to capitalize on professional opportunities on your personal account.


About the Presenter

Gina Seymour is a library media specialist at Islip High School. She is very active in professional organizations, both locally and nationally, and currently serves on several YALSA committees.
